📋 Description

• Help customers manage their car and home insurance needs • Take care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal issues • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Handle policyholder change requests • Learn the insurance product panel and Jerry app • Problem-solve barriers to obtaining the right coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product • Determine through the interview process whether the role follows a sales or service path

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time hourly employees must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required • P&C insurance license status is requested; the company pays for obtaining the license if needed
