📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance policies • Educate customers about policy details, coverage, and pricing • Prepare and bind insurance quotes through Jerry.ai's 55+ carrier partners • Solve problems and handle objections to remove barriers to purchase • Maintain attentive, high-energy conversations and identify policies that fit each customer's needs • Convert customer interest generated through Jerry.ai's mobile and web app into bound policies

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Passion for helping others • Ability to respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance policies • Ability to educate customers on insurance policy details, including coverage and pricing • Ability to prepare and bind quotes through carriers • Problem-solving and objection-handling skills • Applicants must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license is expected within 2 weeks after starting; the company pays for it
