📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn and apply insurance products across a large panel of insurance companies • Become deeply familiar with the Jerry.ai app • Problem-solve to remove barriers between customers and suitable coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience • Determine sales or service path through the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in eligible locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for salaried employees; AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for hourly employees • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license status requested; license is not required because Jerry.ai pays for it if needed
