📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal changes • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn the insurance product panel and Jerry app • Problem-solve to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible location • Valid P&C license status is assessed during application; license is not required because Jerry.ai pays for the license if needed
