📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Develop deep knowledge of Jerry’s insurance product and insurance-company panel • Match customers with appropriate insurance coverage and providers • Solve problems that remove barriers between customers and suitable coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment • A valid P&C license is applicable to the role; Jerry.ai can pay for the license if the candidate does not have one yet
