📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn and match insurance products from a large panel of insurance companies to customer needs • Learn and navigate Jerry.ai’s evolving app • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations specified by Jerry.ai • Full-time hourly employees must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Ability to work as a full-time employee • Valid P&C license is asked about in the application; the company can pay for the license if the candidate does not have one
