📋 Description

• Take care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn insurance products and match customers with appropriate insurance companies • Learn and navigate Jerry’s evolving app • Solve problems that prevent customers from obtaining appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in an eligible hiring location • Sales/service applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. where applicable • Valid P&C license is asked about in the application; the company will pay for obtaining one if needed
