📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Deliver exceptional, consultative customer experiences • Uncover customer savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear choices • Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind insurance coverage • Address customer hesitation and purchasing concerns empathetically • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail • Ability to handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Ability to explain complex policy details clearly • Ability to craft tailored policy packages and finalize coverage • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting • Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required • Full-time employment
