📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Deliver an exceptional, consultative customer experience • Match customers with suitable coverage from Jerry’s 55+ carrier partners • Educate customers and translate complex policy details into clear choices • Identify potential savings and coverage gaps • Craft tailored policy packages and finalize coverage • Address customer hesitation and concerns transparently • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail • Ability to handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Ability to educate customers on policy details and identify savings or coverage gaps • Ability to craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; the company funds the licensing cost • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly role • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must not require visa sponsorship, based on the application question
