📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and upcoming renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn the insurance product and match customers with appropriate insurance companies and coverage • Navigate and explain Jerry.ai’s evolving app • Solve problems that prevent customers from obtaining appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment • Full-time employment required • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license is beneficial but not required; Jerry.ai pays for the license if needed
