📋 Description

• Help customers manage their car and home insurance needs • Provide warm, fast customer service • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn insurance products and match customers with suitable insurance companies • Navigate and explain the Jerry.ai app • Solve problems and remove barriers to appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Provide customer feedback to improve the product • Determine through the interview process whether the candidate follows the sales or service path

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuine friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employees; or AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employees • Full-time employees only • Candidates must answer work authorization and visa sponsorship questions • P&C license status requested; license is not required because Jerry pays for obtaining it
