📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional consultative insurance experiences that build long-term customer trust • Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Uncover customer savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear choices • Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind coverage • Address customer hesitation and concerns empathetically • Share direct customer feedback with the product team • Help continuously refine Jerry.ai’s app and service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Passion for helping people • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service and attention to detail • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; Jerry.ai pays 100% of the cost • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required • Must answer whether the applicant has a valid P&C license
