📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional, consultative insurance sales experiences that build long-term customer trust • Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Educate customers about savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices • Craft tailored policy packages across Jerry's 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind coverage • Address customer hesitation and concerns to provide a smooth, transparent purchasing experience • Share direct customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Passion for helping people • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
