📋 Description

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok • Develop Jerry's community-specific playbook for posting, replying, and engagement • Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities • Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and leveraging AI where useful • Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency • Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation • Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social • Experience ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category • Platform-native writing style suited to Reddit, TikTok, and Quora • Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources • Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following • Ability to build systems and scalable strategies • Patient, curious, long-term approach to organic trust • Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
