📋 Description

• Clarify Florida statutes, administrative rules, and compliance obligations for property tax appeals • Advise on county-specific property tax appeal nuances across Florida, especially major markets • Guide the team through petition filing processes • Explain requirements for online versus paper submissions • Share best practices for the Value Adjustment Board process • Advise on special magistrate hearings and effective appeal preparation • Serve as a trusted advisor to Jerry's team • Help Jerry expand its property tax offering into new states smoothly and responsibly • Support development of a strong, compliant foundation for the property tax offering

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience in Florida's property tax appeal system through personal practice, an established firm, or a government office • Deep knowledge of county-level procedures, deadlines, and regulations, especially in Florida's largest counties • Innovative thinking combining creative problem-solving with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance • Availability to consult remotely on an as-needed, hourly basis • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is currently or potentially required • Required application materials: name, email, resume, LinkedIn Profile URL
