📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Deliver consultative, exceptional customer experiences • Educate customers about savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear choices • Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind insurance coverage • Address customer hesitation and concerns empathetically • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; the company funds the license • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employees • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future • LinkedIn profile URL and resume required for application
