• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end • Bring a sharp creative eye to every asset • Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts • Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks • Translate performance data into creative direction • Manage and maximize agency and production partners • Edit video directly • Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production • Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, etc.) • Strong performance creative intuition • Elevated visual taste • Video editing fluency • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset • AI fluency
