📋 Description

• Own execution for a new product bet from early concept or early launch through product-market fit and scaling • Ramp quickly on a new domain and understand customer personas, pain points, and operational complexity • Use quantitative data from the Data Science team and qualitative insights from the Customer Insights & Research team to identify high-leverage priorities • Build and ship new products • Gather customer feedback quickly, apply learnings, and iterate • Contribute to the product roadmap • Drive progress across new product bets including motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat and RV insurance, and non-insurance products such as property-tax savings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or an equivalent role at a high-growth startup • Consumer product instincts from direct product-building experience or close work alongside consumer product teams • Comfort with data; ability to run independent analyses and build conviction from messy signals • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • LinkedIn profile URL required • Resume required
