📋 Description

• Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business problems, questions, and decisions that analysis should address • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the recommended next steps • Drive teams toward key business outcomes and metrics • Support Jerry.ai’s growth from 5M to 50M customers and toward becoming a $10B business

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Analytical proficiency with SQL or Python • Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
