📋 Description

• Originate mortgage loans and help clients achieve homeownership • Engage consumers, determine their needs, and offer appropriate mortgage products • Manage the loan pipeline and efficiently collect required documentation • Provide superior customer service throughout the origination process • Meet individual monthly sales goals • Build and expand a professional network to self-generate business • Maintain and grow relationships with prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners • Collaborate with in-house processing and underwriting teams to streamline closings • Use origination software, CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and analytics tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced, honest, ethical, and hardworking team player • Active, approved state NMLS license required • Detail-oriented with thoughtful decision-making skills • Ability to complete mandatory annual continuing education and maintain mortgage licenses • Working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines • Proficiency with technical systems and programs such as Encompass • Current knowledge of mortgage regulatory, policy, and compliance issues • Ability to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners • Bilingual ability is a plus
