📋 Description

• Join our team as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs). • Engage with clients and help them achieve their dreams of homeownership. • Manage a successful pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation. • Provide superior customer service by determining client needs and offering suitable mortgage products. • Meet individual monthly sales goals to contribute to the team's success. • Build and expand a professional network to self-generate business and secure long-term future.

🎯 Requirements

• An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must. • A detail-oriented approach coupled with demonstrated, thoughtful decision-making skills. • The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education. • A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines. • Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass. • Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry. • The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners. • Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!).
