📋 Description

• Originate mortgage loans and provide superior customer service to consumers • Engage consumers, determine their needs, and offer appropriate mortgage products • Manage a successful loan pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation • Meet individual monthly sales goals • Build and expand a professional network to self-generate business • Secure business through prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners • Maintain and grow long-term business relationships • Collaborate with in-house processing, underwriting, marketing, and support teams to streamline closings

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced, honest, ethical, and hardworking team player • Organizational skills to manage a successful pipeline and collect necessary documentation • Ability to engage consumers, determine their needs, and recommend appropriate mortgage products • Ability to meet individual monthly sales goals • Ability to build and expand a professional network and self-generate business • Active, approved state NMLS license required • Must complete mandatory annual continuing education to maintain mortgage licenses • Working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines • Proficiency with technical systems and programs such as Encompass • Current knowledge of mortgage regulatory, policy, and compliance issues • Ability to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners • Bilingual skills are a plus
