📋 Description

• Handle mortgage loan origination responsibilities and provide superior customer service • Manage a successful pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation • Engage consumers to determine their needs and thoughtfully offer appropriate mortgage products • Meet individual monthly sales goals and contribute to the team's mission • Build and expand a professional network to self-generate business and secure long-term future

🎯 Requirements

• An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must • A detail-oriented approach coupled with demonstrated, thoughtful decision-making skills • The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education • A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines • Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass • Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry • The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners • Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
