📋 Description
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy • Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals • Maintain accurate and confidential client records • Participate in case conferences and clinical supervision • Advocate for clients with community resources • Contribute to program development • Engage in professional development and training
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field • LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW Licensed or license-eligible in Illinois, Texas, Maryland or D.C. • Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Flexible schedule including evenings and frequent Saturdays
