🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing indirect spend categories and conducting sourcing events, specifically in food and beverage services (catering, cafeteria management, break room supplies, beverage programs) • Track record of building strategic supplier partnerships that balance cost efficiency with quality and service excellence • Deep understanding of employee experience trends and how food and beverage programs contribute to workplace culture and satisfaction • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive value beyond cost savings • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating diverse needs into sourcing strategies • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
