• Manage the Work Order System end-to-end, including analyzing service requests, identifying duplicates, initiating requests, and monitoring supplier-dispatched work orders for SLA compliance • Coordinate and schedule service activities at Postal Service sites while minimizing disruption to client operations • Provide timely reporting and maintain accurate systems data for account processes, procedures, and metrics, including Excel consolidation • Liaise between vendors, account teams, and service providers to coordinate work execution • Manage critical issues with a zero-target approach for controllable incidents and vendor-caused missed services • Coordinate vendor performance discussions and support vendor quality assurance • Support the account team with platforms, tools, processes, and procedures to meet service requirements and drive new client business • Report to the Facility Manager and support the JLL Operations Team
• Knowledge and experience in delivery and management of Facility Services • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices • Knowledge of the Corrigo Work Order system preferred • Experience with vendor management and quality assurance processes preferred • Familiarity with SLA management and compliance monitoring preferred • Experience supporting large-scale facility operations or postal service environments preferred • Background in client-facing facility management roles preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
