📋 Description

• Provide leadership and management support for day-to-day operations and maintenance for large portfolio of industrial sites that are spread across a large geographic area • Provides oversight of technicians and subcontractors for client portfolio • Responsible for reviewing and validating subcontractor quotes including getting multiple quotes if necessary. • Ensure services are aligned with client expectations and site leads through regular communication • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices • Good analytical/critical thinking • Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface into client real estate organization; demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity • Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client • Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and producers that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity. • Work closely with the IFM Operations Director, and the client • Collaborate with account Sourcing team on sourcing opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage national and regional supplier performance at property level. • Consistently demonstrate proactive solution-oriented mindset • Determine preventive maintenance scheduling intervals and work to maintain, update and improve the operational efficiency and balance of preventive and reactive maintenance services. • Ensure that proper engineering procedures and standards are being practiced and maintained. • Develop and deliver training methods, materials and programs related to building operating standards • Help the management and the maintenance staff in dealing with local, State and Federal code requirements and their implementation. • Ensure all environmental conditions meet all codes and standards • Performs other duties as required to meet clients’ objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis • Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience preferred either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant • Strong organizational and management skills • Self-starter • Proficient in Corrigo • Proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills • Experience in matrix management organization desirable • Strong presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer proficiency • Ability to manage ambiguity and effectively delegate • Working knowledge of skilled trades, particularly HVAC • Demonstrated Safety Leadership • Financial acumen
