📋 Description
• Reporting into the Global Account Executive the Global Program Management Office (PMO) Director is responsible for the accounts Global PMO and nine critical workstreams managed through regional teams. • The position oversees global implementation and evolution of the following key workstreams: change management, communications, governance, performance management, business intelligence, communications, training, technology and transition. • This key position will lead the Global PMO to success by setting the standards of global delivery by driving standardization and best practice including implementation of the JLL/Life Sciences platform policies, procedures and account developed programs in these key workstreams. • Emphasis should be on securing trusted advisor status with the clients (two in a box) both regionally, globally and with the internal JLL teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRE/IFM • Experience in GMP / GXP/regulated space • Exceptional client Relationship Management skills • Experience managing teams/matrix team responsible for delivery of complex projects • Demonstrated Leadership and proven experience in staff development and team building • Executive communication and presentation skills • Ability to effectively identify and mitigate project risks before they impact service delivery to the client • Strong ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive solution for our clients • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
