📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects from spend analysis and market research through supplier selection, contract negotiation, and operational transitions • Develop category strategies incorporating total cost of ownership, risk mitigation, sustainability, responsible procurement, innovation, and measurable ROI • Conduct sophisticated RFx processes for high-value, complex procurements • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders • Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify consolidation, cost reduction, and process improvement opportunities • Lead cross-functional teams across business units, legal, finance, operations, Facility Management, and Property Management • Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and enterprise-level contract terms • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic suppliers • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to Supply Chain leadership, senior stakeholders, and C-suite clients • Implement standardized sourcing frameworks and processes across multiple accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field preferred • Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services environments • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value sourcing initiatives; facility services expertise strongly preferred • Leadership experience managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across organizational levels and geographies • Track record leading enterprise-level negotiations and delivering significant cost savings and process improvements in complex, multi-site environments • Strong analytical capabilities in spend analysis, market research, total cost modeling, and financial evaluation of sourcing decisions • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to influence, build consensus, translate sourcing strategies into business outcomes, and present complex information to executives • Advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies, contract structures, procurement best practices, compliance protocols, and risk management frameworks • Advanced proficiency with procurement systems, spend analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel with advanced formulas and pivot tables, PowerPoint, and Word • Master's degree, MBA, or professional certification such as CPSM, CPM, CIPS, or equivalent preferred • Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industries preferred • Understanding of FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and Life Sciences quality systems preferred • Experience implementing strategic sourcing programs or procurement transformations preferred • Experience managing direct reports, developing teams, and mentoring on advanced RFP/bid methodologies preferred • Experience with Jaggaer, Ariba, or similar enterprise procurement platforms preferred • Knowledge of contract law, sustainability frameworks, responsible procurement, and compliance requirements preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
