📋 Description

• Serve as a player-coach, balancing strategic team leadership with hands-on tactical program management for key client initiatives • Ensure seamless coordination across JLL service lines to deliver integrated real estate solutions that align with client business objectives • Lead, mentor, and manage IPM direct reports through regular performance reviews, coaching, and career development discussions • Directly manage high-complexity, high-visibility programs requiring strategic oversight and hands-on execution • Establish and maintain 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with key client stakeholders and account leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or Business Administration required • 12+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience with deep multi-disciplinary expertise • Proven experience across multiple core service delivery areas: Transaction Management, Occupancy Planning, Project Management, Facility Management, Lease Administration • 5+ years in team leadership, people management, or P&L management roles • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities • Expert-level understanding of the complete real estate lifecycle and interdependencies between planning, delivery, and operations phases • Proven ability to lead cross-functional governance processes and drive organizational alignment
