📋 Description

• Acting as the product subject-matter expert for the Portfolio Management section of LeasingOS, and delivering training and walkthroughs that help brokers adopt and get value from it • Conducting detailed quality review of abstracted lease data, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues to maintain a high standard of accuracy and service • Supporting the lease abstraction process by serving as a point of contact for our offshore abstraction team, resolving their questions to keep delivery moving smoothly • Resolving recurring user queries through our support channels, providing consistent, professional and timely responses • Managing broker expectations on abstraction timelines, handling time-sensitive conversations with professionalism and care • Supporting stakeholder communication on topics including pricing and product vision

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in lease abstraction or lease administration, with the demonstrated ability to spot issues and discrepancies in lease data • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality of work and service • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the confidence to manage demanding or time-pressured conversations and keep them productive • Comfortable managing expectations and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfort with, and interest in, AI-supported workflows • Self-directed, with a bias toward continuous learning and initiative • This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
