📋 Description

• Conduct complex financial analysis and modeling using statistical tools to support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance evaluation • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting deliverables, including client-ready presentations, dashboards, graphs, and executive summaries that clearly communicate financial insights. • Partner with cross-functional teams on Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies. • Perform detailed variation analysis and investigate financial discrepancies, providing management with recommendations for optimization strategies. • Collaborate with team members to streamline reporting processes through automation while maintaining data integrity and accuracy. • Maintain and leverage team SharePoint sites for data collection, documentation, and communication to ensure seamless information flow. • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and client contacts, handling sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism. • Provide support to offshore teams and overseeing completion of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required. • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related analytical role. • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. • Strong foundation in accounting principles with proven ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities. • Ability to streamline work processes to build efficiencies and provide training to the teams as needed • Ability to provide high level support to leadership on an ad hoc basis, effectively managing time sensitive requests • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences. • Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment. • Track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment when handling sensitive financial information.
