📋 Description

• Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously. • Extensive whole lifecycle experience in leading Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions. • Using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios. • Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution. This includes both the technical and functional solutions. • Oversee delivery of large, complex, multi-national, multi-million-dollar Oracle Fusion ERP programs. • Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD. • Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in solution design for ERP cloud implementations. • Expert level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades. • Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) with a focus on Integration Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service. • Knowledgeable and experience with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST). • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions. • Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. • Willingness to travel as needed.
