📋 Description

• Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity • Collaborating with senior leadership to define business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Managing and developing a team of operational professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback • Identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost savings • Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure operations align with business objectives • Staying informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards • Supporting and contributing to special projects and initiatives as assigned • Perform additional job duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an operations management role • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Proficiency with relevant software applications and technology platforms • Results-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred) • MBA degree (preferred) • Experience within the commercial real estate or professional services industry (preferred)
