📋 Description

• Develop, lead, and execute commodity sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives • Interface with internal and external clients to obtain sponsorship and understand sourcing needs • Perform market research and devise sourcing strategies • Lead supplier selection processes, including competitive bidding, partnership development, and buy consolidation • Analyze category spend, obtain business requirements, identify cross-functional teams, and create sourcing strategies • Develop and manage sourcing events (RFXs) and perform business-related functions of sourcing initiatives • Negotiate contracts and agreements • Manage supplier relationships and track category spend KPIs • Facilitate strategic supplier business meetings focused on contractual adherence, continuous improvement, innovation, and partnership • Support operations teams with daily sourcing and supply-chain activities through management, detailed instruction, and follow-up • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Maintain contracting and procurement standards, policies, and procedures across the portfolio and business lines • Support service lines in preparing and managing budgets • Partner with the client and JLL Facility Management team to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Build annual sourcing initiatives with commodity strategies, objectives, leveraged-spend initiatives, and milestone timelines • Identify cost and operational efficiencies through strategic thought leadership • Communicate, coordinate, and implement local and regional sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations • Conduct Preferred Supplier performance review meetings and manage scorecards, contract compliance, and service obligations • Support corporate- or client-mandated e-commerce procurement initiatives • Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data to assess price reasonableness and contractor capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline • Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories • Facilities sourcing experience highly desired • MBA is a plus • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Proven ability to lead decentralized teams, influence across the organization, and deliver results in evolving environments • Strategic mindset with ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate them into executable plans and supply solutions • Superior customer service, relationship-building, and follow-up skills • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
