📋 Description

• Support Project Management clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Manage Architects of Record and construction vendor contracts for construction projects • Identify and lead field resources for strategic initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management • Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Project Management teams to drive client benefits • Perform market trend analysis, analyze supplier bases and industry changes, and report findings to stakeholders • Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs • Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Ensure compliance with sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals • Establish priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams and project personnel • Participate in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Collaborate with client design and construction teams, project management leads, and suppliers to develop and implement best practices • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university • 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience • Excellent interpersonal skills • Organization skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • PDS / Construction sourcing experience a plus • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications • TotalBid Project Management Software experience preferred but not required • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • No visa sponsorship provided
