• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Brand, Sales, Finance, Insights, and Category teams • Translate consumer, customer, and marketplace insights into growth strategies • Lead the development of multi-year, multi-lever growth plans • Develop and enhance RGM capabilities, methodologies, and best practices • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities across key RGM levers • Partner across functions to align stakeholders and execute growth initiatives • Influence decisions and drive action through clear storytelling
• Bachelor's Degree • 4+ years of experience in CPG or a related industry • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to leverage RGM levers • Demonstrated experience translating complex data into compelling stories • Strong consumer-centric mindset • Proven ability to work effectively across functions • Solution-oriented leadership skills • Strong business partnering and project management skills • Ability to travel 4–6 times per year to headquarters.
