📋 Description

• Provide first level financial application support for JMT’s client base. • Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users. • Ability to exercise sound judgment to independently define, investigate and resolve problems / conflicts. • Ability to deal tactfully, efficiently, and professionally with internal and external customers. • Ability to manage multiple assignments, determine and organize priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision / direction. • Deliver high-quality training content personalized to our clients’ circumstances.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent) • 2+ years experience working with and/or implementing Sage Intacct or similar ERP packages • Extensive knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office or other applications.
