📋 Description

• Attain sales objectives for the assigned territory • Present complex clinical and business information about Janssen Biotech immunology products and services • Engage dermatology healthcare professionals, government agencies, professional and patient groups, health plans, and other decision-makers • Execute franchise and company brand strategies and tactics within assigned customer segments • Influence customer decision-makers regarding use of company products for relevant disease states • Apply clinical, business, and effective selling expertise • Execute local marketing strategies and leverage resources appropriately • Collaborate with company team members and counterparts to enhance business results • Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key local decision-makers

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary • Must reside in close proximity to the geography or be willing to relocate to it • Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry, or large account management, or business to business experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military • Experience selling injectable / infused products (preferred) • Working knowledge of immunology and/or the Dermatology field (preferred) • Experience managing through complex reimbursement issues (preferred) • Experience in project oriented selling situations in a high incentive and individual performance culture, with documented successful sales performance (preferred) • Completion of Management Development course(s) (preferred) • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
