📋 Description

• Oversee procurement operations and tactical execution of source-to-pay activities while implementing organizational strategy across procurement processes, priorities, and ways of working. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers to ensure high-quality execution of procurement activities, balanced workloads, and strong service delivery across the organization. • Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and Supply Chain teams to maintain strong relationships, align expectations, and provide clear communication on procurement requests, order status, and project support. • Drive continuous improvement across procurement operations, contract management, and supplier practices to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall value. • Ensure compliance and risk management across procurement activities by reinforcing policies, controls, and standard practices that support sound purchasing decisions. • Provide performance reporting and operational insights to leadership on procurement results, strategic initiative progress, process improvement opportunities, and policy alignment. • Influence stakeholders and suppliers to adopt new tools, processes, and standard practices that strengthen procurement effectiveness and consistency. • Build a high-performance, accountable team culture focused on achieving key operational metrics, including cycle time, service levels, efficiency, and cost savings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations, procurement, or a related field preferred • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or procurement operations • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing staff in an operational or procurement-focused environment • Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement operations, catalog management, contract negotiation, and source-to-pay processes • Experience using source-to-pay systems, with Coupa preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
