📋 Description

• Develop methodology and lead ongoing tracking of spending across a broad portfolio of restricted funding, including monitoring spenddown plans • Collaborate with Business Operations and other internal partners • Oversee development of annual spending plans for new incoming funds • Support financial, quantitative, and qualitative data analysis across key programs • Create and maintain Power BI and/or Excel-based reporting resources for internal audiences • Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workflows • Provide analytical and strategic support to the Data and Impact Reporting Team • Maintain reporting tools and resources supporting informed decision-making • Travel periodically, twice annually

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Master's Degree preferred • Five to seven years of professional experience in program, project, or grant management roles • Focus on financial data and process improvement • Strong knowledge of the grants management lifecycle • Strong business and financial acumen and analytical thinking skills • Ability to manage, clean, and analyze financial, quantitative, and qualitative data • Strong oral and written communication skills, especially in a virtual environment • Strong customer-service orientation • Flexible mindset and comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities • Ability to learn new technologies and industry best practices in a rapidly changing environment • High degree of self-motivation • Exacting attention to detail • Willingness to learn • Commitment to helping reduce the burden of cancer • Periodic travel required, twice annually
