📋 Description

• Plan and execute comprehensive internal audits by understanding business areas, assessing key controls, developing audit programs, performing test work, and preparing documentation aligned with Internal Audit Department standards • Identify and document control weaknesses • Lead entry and exit meetings with management • Deliver clear, actionable audit reports to senior leadership • Drive agility, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the internal audit function • Conduct follow-up reviews to verify resolution of prior audit findings and assess management corrective action plans • Execute special projects aligned with organizational priorities • Foster collaborative, consultative relationships with key finance and operational leaders • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • At least four years of experience in internal and/or external auditing required • Skilled in advising on best practices for business processes, financial accounting, and reporting risks to ensure GAAP and external compliance • Experienced in documenting and evaluating business processes using COSO Internal Control Framework principles • Proficient in leveraging analytics, benchmarking, and research tools • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and audit-support software • Professional certification in internal auditing (CIA) or Certification in Public Accounting (CPA) preferred • Master's Degree in Accounting or MBA preferred • Travel (10%) required • Ability to work in a standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
