• Own and drive an integrated talent attraction strategy • Lead scalable, high-impact recruiting and sourcing strategies • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Talent Attraction team • Shape and elevate the organization’s employer brand • Own recruiting operations and performance metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • 12+ years in HR/Talent Attraction • 7+ years in management • Strong knowledge of Workday as an ATS and HRIS platform preferred
