📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and optimize data and AI governance platforms, including data catalogs, metadata repositories, business glossaries, AI inventories, governance workflows, and stewardship tools • Support development, implementation, and adoption of enterprise data and AI governance policies, standards, procedures, controls, and best practices • Develop and maintain automated governance workflows for data stewardship, AI intake and review, issue management, approvals, policy compliance, and lifecycle tracking • Manage data catalogs, business glossaries, metadata, and data lineage information • Monitor data quality metrics, identify issues, coordinate remediation, and support continuous improvement • Assist with AI inventory management, documentation, risk assessments, model reviews, monitoring, and compliance evaluations • Develop governance dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and reporting capabilities • Collect, document, and track AI use cases and support evaluation, prioritization, and governance review of AI initiatives • Design and support integrations between governance platforms and enterprise systems • Partner with Privacy, Security, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and business stakeholders on risks and governance reviews • Provide governance training, guidance, and operational support to data owners, stewards, analysts, and business users • Support self-service analytics initiatives with trusted, governed, and certified data assets • Serve as liaison between business, analytics, AI, and technology teams to gather requirements, coordinate governance activities, resolve issues, and align capabilities with organizational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field • 5 years of experience in data governance, analytics, business intelligence, data management, information governance, or related disciplines • 3 years of experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications • 3 years of experience working with data and/or AI governance areas, including responsible AI practices, risk management, or AI-related initiatives • Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field • Preferred: 2 years of healthcare or healthcare analytics experience, including HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and regulatory requirements • Preferred: 3 years with Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Atlan, Informatica, ServiceNow, or similar governance technologies • Preferred: 2 years with Epic EHR, including Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, and healthcare data domains • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) - DAMA • IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP)
