📋 Description
• Serve as a partner to the Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) Pharmacy • Use analytic expertise, programming knowledge, and statistics • Collect, clean, and interpret data sets • Identify improvement opportunities • Support the evaluation of existing processes and strategic improvement efforts • Consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements • Collaborate in the design and development of analytic studies • Provide time and effort estimates based on requirements gathering • Manage multiple projects • Validate and execute complex queries for data analysis • Present analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders • Mentor junior analysts
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - (Required) • Minimum of 10 years-Relevant experience* (Required)
