📋 Description

• This role serves as the enterprise strategy lead embedded with a designated business unit • Partner with business unit leaders to frame critical strategic questions and develop clear strategic direction aligned to enterprise priorities. • Shape and recommend strategic choices, priorities, and tradeoffs informed by enterprise context. • Translate approved strategy into multi-year and annual plans. • Support development and pressure-testing of business cases and investment theses. • Ensure alignment with enterprise planning cadence, capital guardrails, and governance. • Conduct independent future-sensing to stay ahead of environmental opportunities and pressures. • Provide hands-on strategic support for a portfolio of enterprise-critical initiatives within the business unit.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree- (Required) • Experience: Minimum of 7 years-Related work experience (Required) • Minimum of 5 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required) • Skills: Analytical Thinking, Business Analysis, Computer Literacy, Critical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication, Market Research
