📋 Description

• Support preparation and implementation of technical cooperation and loan projects • Write terms of reference and identify consultants • Review project-related materials and produce fact sheets • Monitor project milestones and evaluate project results • Manage the design, execution, and evaluation of pilots • Draft project documents • Support implementation of the Long-Term Care Policy Dialogue and Knowledge Generation project funded by the Japan Trust Funds • Collaborate in conceptualizing, elaborating, publishing, and disseminating knowledge products • Organize and implement policy dialogue meetings, events, webinars, and Long-Term Care Policy Network events • Support reporting for project and knowledge agenda activities • Regularly update the Panorama of Aging and Long-Term Care webpage • Support dialogue with the Japan Trust Funds and Japanese experts collaborating on funded projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social work, gerontology, public health, public policy, economics, international development, social policy, psychology, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role • At least two (2) years of progressive professional experience in long-term care, or the equivalent of education and experience • Proficiency in English and one of the other Bank official languages: Spanish, French, or Portuguese • Citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries • Must be eligible to work in the job location(s) without sponsorship • No family members up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse, working at IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab
