📋 Description

• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities • Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment • Complete required tasks on deadlines, including final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, and input for grade appeals • Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable • Provide feedback to the course lead regarding course content • Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services • Work closely with the Academic Program Director and other faculty to support program quality, student engagement, and student success

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree with focus in Counseling and Supervision or related counseling field from a regionally accredited institution • Minimum two (2) years of direct teaching experience at the Master and/or Doctoral level • Three plus (3+) years of professional and/or research experience in Educational Leadership • Personal computer and ability to facilitate online instruction and communications remotely • Graduate of CACREP-approved program • Resume or CV • Unofficial transcripts of highest degree attained required at application • Preferred: Curriculum development experience • Preferred: Research-based, scholarly, peer-reviewed journal article publications • Preferred: Experience guiding students through the dissertation process • Preferred: Experience in higher education • Preferred: Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise
