📋 Description

• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on assessment activities • Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, student-centric learning environment • Complete required tasks by deadlines, including final grades, assessments, grading rubrics, and grade-appeal input • Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable • Provide feedback to the course lead regarding course content • Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services • Work closely with the Academic Program Director and other faculty to support program quality, student engagement, and student success

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree with a focus in couple/marriage and family therapy or related field required • Evidence of research-based, scholarly, peer-reviewed journal article publications • Experience with online delivery of education and supporting systems • Experience as a member of a dissertation committee, preferably as chair/advisor • Graduate-level qualitative methods, quantitative methods, or statistics teaching experience preferred • Cover letter required • Curriculum vitae required • Statement of online and/or onsite teaching experience for a diverse student body required
