📋 Description
• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on assessment activities • Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, student-centric learning environment • Complete required tasks by deadlines, including final grades, assessments, grading rubrics, and grade-appeal input • Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities when applicable • Provide course-content feedback to the course lead • Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services • Ensure students meet course deadlines within synchronous time • Meet synchronously with students each week during an established clinical course time • Meet synchronously with local clinical supervisors and authorized site representatives at least once per course for each student • Maintain communication with the Clinical Administrative Team and Program Leadership • Work closely with the Academic Program Director and faculty to support program quality, student engagement, and success
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or related disciplines from a regionally accredited university • Independent licensure as a marriage and family therapist • Previous clinical supervision experience • Approved AAMFT Supervisor or AAMFT Supervisor Candidate • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States • Demonstrated record of or potential for excellence in teaching • Commitment to serving a diverse adult student body • College-level or field teaching experience preferred • Cover letter, curriculum vitae, and statement of online and/or onsite teaching experience for a diverse student body
